Batman Arkham Knights: Penguin Thug Speedy

This was 1 of 2 characters I had to do on Batman Arkham Kinght.

This was cramming two characters into one schedule, so the variation between the two wasn't a whole lot. I liked the original design of the penguin mask
so I added a previous sample still before the clients had me changed it.
